Brief Description

Would you like to join our established and driven infrastructure team in Ashby? This team serves our clients within the utilities and infrastructure sector, and they are part of a close-key network across the UK to deliver exceptional results for our clients to ensure their assets are being managed and maintained safely and efficiently.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above or equivalent (Apprentices lacking these qualifications must gain them before taking the end point assessment).

Personal Qualities

The applicant should be a good communicator, highly organised, able to use their own initiative and reliable.

Skills Required

The successful candidate will be… computer literate, proactive, a problem solver, good timekeeper, able to deal with difficult conversations and have a strong written & oral communication skills.

Training to be Provided

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release.  The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.

Future Prospects

Upon completing the apprenticeship, for the right candidate, there is the potential of a permanent position at Fisher German within the administration department.

Duties will include but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls for your team and others (if required)
Taking messages, and re-directing calls as required
Arranging meetings, managing agendas and minutes
Processing LSBUD & solicitor enquiries
Maintenance of landowner records, archiving client records and mail merges for client letters/ newsletters.
Raising site visit requests with the client
Local Authority & Land Registry administration
Raising client invoices & monthly finance reporting
