Working Week: Mon- Fri 09.00 – 17.00 with one day taken as a day off. Saturday morning 09.00 – 12.00 (mandatory)
Brief Description
Working as part of a small team, dealing with customers, suppliers and deliveries (both in and out). You would learn all aspects of the business, including sales, meet and greet, preparing quotations and CAD design. Also, after training, you will be responsible for our Social media output for the company, including other cloud based computer.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (Apprentices lacking these qualifications must gain them before taking the end point assessment.)
Personal Qualities
Outgoing personality, not afraid to talk to people of all ages, able to ‘think on their feet’ and work on their own initiative.
Skills Required
Communication; able to use appropriate verbal and non-verbal skills. appropriate 'tone of voice' in all communications including written and digital that reflect the organisations brand.
Personal organisation; be able to organise yourself, prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines.
Training to be Provided
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard
Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Future Prospects
The business has been growing since recovering from COVID and it is anticipated the more staff will be needed in around 12 months and this puts the apprentice in a very good position with their experience to be strongly considered for the new role.

• Helping with deliveries.
• Meeting and greeting showroom customers.
