Brief Description

An Exciting opportunity has become available to join one of Burtons leading letting agents as a Lettings Administrator, to support the day-to-day lettings and administrative duties at our Head Office in Burton upon Trent.

Qualifications Required

Level 2 Administration or Suitable Experience

Personal Qualities

Attention to detail. Time management.

Skills Required

Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
Demonstrates good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms. Uses the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively.

Training to be Provided

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release.  The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.

Future Prospects

The possibility of a full-time post upon completing the apprenticeship as a Lettings Negotiator. Further progression within the business there on after.

Vacancy Detail

As an apprentice at Acquire Sales and Lettings, you will study a Level 3 Business administration apprenticeship whilst playing a vital role in administration services within the company.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include.
• Answering incoming telephone calls in a polite and timely manner.
• Contacting leads / enquiries. Scheduling valuations / viewings / inspections / appointments. Progressing potential tenant applications from application through to hand over of keys.
• Updating the shop window displays.
• Assisting with general office duties including printing, filing, scanning, and making sure the office is kept tidy.
