Brief Description
Providing both administration and general support to ensure the efficient operations to fast-paced environment working closely with the small management team. You will be involved in all aspects of the business through the ordering process from initial contact with the customer to invoicing.
Qualifications Required
Grade 5/C+ and above in maths and English or equivalent
Personal Qualities

Show initiative, managing priorities and own time
Skills Required
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare reports
IT skills
Data entry, attention to details and good editing skills
Training to be Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Future Prospects
We are seeking the right candidate to complete and develop with the business. The company has continued to employee all previous apprentices after completing the apprenticeship.

Supporting all departments including; Reception; Sales; Purchasing; Accounts and Stock Control.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Dealing with telephone calls
Raising purchase orders
Responding to emails
Dealing with enquiries
Keeping stock counts up to date
General administrative duties

Driving licence beneficial but not essential
