Brief Description

As a Junior Accountant Apprentice at our busy car dealership, you’ll support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks while studying toward a recognised qualification. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how a dealership manages its finances, learning to work accurately and efficiently in a professional environment.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (Apprentices lacking these qualifications must gain them before taking the end point assessment).

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numeracy and basic understanding of finance or accounting principles.

Training to be Provided

Level 2 Accounts or Finance Assistant apprenticeship standard
Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release.  The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
