Brief Description

Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (Apprentices lacking these qualifications must gain them before taking the end point assessment.)

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Training to be Provided
Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship standard
Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Future Prospects
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, there may be opportunities for a full-time position within our culinary team. You'll also have the chance to explore further career advancement routes, such as pursuing higher-level qualifications or specialising in specific culinary areas.
