Brief Description
The People Apprentice will support the Central Services People Team in providing efficient and streamlined people-related administrative tasks. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities and is crucial for supporting the business.

Training to be Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.

Vacancy Detail
• Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, maintaining employee records, gathering information, liaising with other members of the team.
• Providing support to the team as well as employees and managers throughout the group businesses.
• Onboarding: Supporting new starter processes, starting with preparation of offer letters and contracts, through to ensuring all necessary documentation is received and completed.
• Exit Processes: Managing the administrative aspects of employee exits, progressing to conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
As the role progresses, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to attending meetings to develop knowledge and understanding of people processes.
