Working Week: 8am-4pm. Monday to Friday. Some weekends when events are happening, can be flexible hours.
Brief Description
This role is working with customers to take orders for breakfasts and lunches mainly. Serving customers who are looking to buy from the shop, using the till. Meeting and greeting customers and giving the customer a good experience overall.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (Apprentices lacking these qualifications must gain them before taking the end point assessment.)
Personal Qualities
Communication, helpful attitude, happy disposition.
Skills Required
Good communication skills, customer services or retail would be advantageous.
Training to be Provided
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard
Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Future Prospects
Working at the other business, and more responsibility when achieved the apprenticeship. Lots of development opportunities.
Vacancy Detail
