Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Future Prospects
Shakespeare Pharma are huge supporters of the apprenticeship scheme and they're building for the future. If the apprentice proves to be successful with his/her duties, the role will be expanded once the apprenticeship is completed.
Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
• Assist the Responsible Person and Quality Assurance Management supervisor with the day-to-day administrative requests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which may have demands that can change at short notice
• Check product recall alerts and data entries
• Assist with self-inspections alongside the Quality Assurance Team
• Check licences and account opening documents and updating the approved supplier/customer list
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails both internally and externally
