Working Week: Monday to Friday 8am- 4.30pm - including paid apprenticeship training.
Brief Description
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who wants to build a long-term career within a growing manufacturing business. This is not a filing and photocopying role. You will gain experience across customer service, sales administration, purchasing, production support and general business operations.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English grades at 4/C or above.

Training to be Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.

Vacancy Detail
Working towards a level 3 Business Administrator qualification and working alongside the office and management teams, the apprentice will develop a broad understanding of how a manufacturing business operates. Typical duties will include:
• Answering telephone calls and emails in a professional manner and directing enquiries to the appropriate person.
• Preparing quotations, processing customer orders and keeping records and internal systems accurate and up to date.
• Producing and updating documents, spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft 365 suite, Sage50 and our custom software
• Supporting purchasing, sales and accounts administration, including filing and checking relevant paperwork.
• Communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues to obtain information and provide progress updates.
• Assisting with social media, CRM and digital marketing activities where required.
• Working alongside the production team to collate documentation and software codes required for the factory
• Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced office and providing general administrative support to the wider business.
• Completing off-the-job training and coursework towards the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

Our dress code is smart casual for all employees – NO JEANS. All employees must be tidy and presentable.
