Brief Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person with a great interest in business to join our team as a Lettings Apprentice! As a lettings apprentice, overall, you will be managing emails to and from landlords for compliance renewals and obtaining updated public liability insurance from contractors to update records.

Level 2 Administration or Suitable Experience

Training to be Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Future Prospects
On completion of apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity of a full-time post and position within the business.
Vacancy Detail
Duties for a Lettings Apprentice, on an average day will include:
• Emails to landlords for compliance renewals, gas safety certificates, EPCs and EICRS
• Booking inspections in the diary and writing to tenants
• Confirming inspections with tenants on the day of appointment
• Confirming viewings with viewers on day of viewing
• Finalising move in packs and then filing away
• General office filing
• Key audits
Other Information
The individual will need to be an excellent communicator as telephone and email communication is a crucial part of this role.
