Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above.
ICT/IT/Computing or equivalent at Grade 4/C or above.

Training to be Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.

Vacancy Detail
General administration duties including:
o Typing documents
o Photocopying
o Scanning
o Sending and receiving emails
o Maintaining electronic filing systems
• Providing a friendly, professional and customer-focused service to all customers and colleagues, whether that be face to face, over the telephone or via email.
• Data inputting on the Company’s computer systems.
• Attend college as necessary to complete the apprenticeship standard in Business Administrator.
• To adhere to the Trent & Dove Housing’s relevant policies and procedures.
• Understand and display the company’s values and behaviours.
• To undertake any other additional duties commensurate with the role.
