Brief Description

You will be working alongside our kitchen team preparing and serving a range of homemade dishes as well as well as spending time in either our street food and loaded fries unit or the new purpose-built BBQ shack during the peak season.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (Apprentices lacking these qualifications must gain them before taking the end point assessment).

Skills Required

A strong interest in food and food trends with a real desire to learn and be part of a team.

Training to be Provided

Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship standard
Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release.  The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.

Future Prospects

Possibility of full time work available following the successful completion of apprenticeship.
