Brief Description

We are looking for a kind, nurturing person who has a passion for early years. No day will be the same, from helping children to reach their milestones to creating mud pies in the garden, we aim to create an engaging environment for all children.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (Apprentices lacking these qualifications must gain them before taking the end point assessment.)

Personal Qualities

Nurturing with a friendly and positive attitude.

Skills Required

Works well as part of a team and good communication skills.

Training to be Provided

Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
