A pro-active individual who is able to multi-task between taking phone calls and managing ad-hoc administration tasks. You will work alongside our Customer Service teams to answer and distribute our reception phone-line whilst also answering queries where necessary.
GCSE's (or equivalent) English & maths at a grade C/Level 4.
We require a friendly and approachable individual with a willingness to learn and develop their skills. We require someone with a good telephone manner and a high standard of personal presentation.

Training to be Provided
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Being that Keylite is an innovative company increasing their market share year on year; this opens up the possibility of their being a full time role available to the candidate after successful completion of their apprenticeship.
The receptionist role will entail multiple different daily tasks; whilst liaising with multiple areas of the business to help create a more streamlined environment. The main duties and responsibilities that will be conducted by the receptionist will be - Always promote Health & Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed. - Carry out general administrative duties as required, including scanning, photocopying, receipt reconciliation etc. - Accept and distribute incoming telephone calls to the Company, dealing with the caller’s enquiry. - Receive and distribute inbound post and parcels - Maintain and update reception register documentation - Assist with Serving Tea/Coffee for Meetings, Assist with Catering requirements for meetings if required - Purchase and maintain stationary stocks and re-order when stock is low. - Carry out general admin tasks when requested by Directors / Senior Staff members.
