Brief Description
Confident, friendly and hardworking cafe assistant required to join our lovely team. Excellent customer service required. Must be willing to learn all aspects of the role from washing up to preparing and serving gourmet coffees.

Training to be Provided
Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship standard
Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
Future Prospects
Permanent position available upon completion of the apprenticeship to the right candidate either front of house or kitchen based.
Vacancy Detail
Responsibilities include;
Taking clear and accurate customer orders
Serving hot and cold beverages including full barista training.
Taking customer payments via cash till and card machine.
Food running to customers, clearing tables, washing up and using dishwasher.
Assisting the cook in food preparation and plating up various dishes.
Full clean down at the end of every shift.
Other Information
Hours are flexible and weekend working can be discussed e.g alternate weekends.
